We ship from Des Moines, Iowa with our preferred carrier, United States Postal Service.
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.Â
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Current shipping charges are a flat rate of $7.95 for your order and will be displayed at checkout.
Local Delivery
At this time we do not offer local delivery service.
In-store Pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our showroom at Elevator Spaces in Downtown Des Moines. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.Â
In-store pickup hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM on Monday through Friday at Elevator Spaces located at 204 12t Street, Des Moines, IA 50309. Enter on the east side of the building and your order will be waiting at the reception area. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
In-store Inventory vs Online Exclusive Shipping
We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible! Some items ship directly from our shop, while others ship from trusted vendor partners. This allows us to offer a wider variety of styles we know you’ll love.
Processing Times
- In-store inventory: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Online exclusive items: Orders are processed within 2–5 business days
Shipping Times
- In-store inventory typically arrives within 3–7 business days after processing
- Online exclusive items typically arrive within 7–14 business days
If your order includes both in-stock and vendor-fulfilled items, you may receive multiple shipments, each with its own tracking information.
Shipping promotions apply to the order total. Delivery times may vary depending on where items are fulfilled.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please note that online exclusive items may ship separately.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping on orders.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.Â
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@momere.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
You can find our full return and exchange policy here.
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery for eligible online purchases if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Online exclusive items are subject to the return policies of our vendor partners.
Some online exclusive items may be:

- Eligible only for store credit
- Subject to restocking fees
Return eligibility will be clearly noted on the product page for dropshipped items.
If an online exclusive item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery, and we’ll work with the vendor to resolve the issue.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@momere.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
