MoMere is located inside Elevator Spaces in Downtown Des Moines, Iowa. We also serve customers nationwide through our online boutique with shipping and local pickup options available.

Do you have an online store?
Yes! You can shop MoMere online 24/7. Our online boutique features new arrivals, best-selling women’s clothing, gift items, and exclusive collections.

What makes MoMere different from other boutiques?

No, MoMere is a single, privately owned small business. But, we are always flattered when someone asks.

               

Shipping & Order Questions

Do you offer shipping?
Yes! We offer fast and reliable U.S. shipping on all online orders. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package in real time.


Local Pickup & Shopping

Do you offer local pickup in Des Moines?
Yes! We offer convenient local pickup at our Downtown Des Moines location inside Elevator Spaces. Simply select “local pickup” at checkout.

How does local pickup work?
After placing your order, you’ll receive an email when your order is ready. Stop by Elevator Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm and you can pick up your order from the front desk. Or you can pick it up during the weekends when we are open.

Can I shop in-store?
Absolutely! We love seeing you in person. Visit us to browse our latest arrivals, try on styles, and discover new favorites. Hours may vary so please check our website or social media for current hours.


Returns & Exchanges

What if something in my order arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.

What types of products does MoMere carry?
We carry a wide selection of women’s clothing including dresses, tops, denim, seasonal styles, and loungewear. We also offer gifts, candles, accessories, and lifestyle products.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Some popular items may be restocked, but many of our pieces are limited quantities. We recommend purchasing when you see something you love!

How often do you release new arrivals?
We frequently update our collections with new arrivals, often weekly. Check back often or follow us on social media to stay in the loop.

What are Online Exclusive items?
Our Online Exclusives are specially selected items that ship directly from our trusted vendor partners. This allows us to offer even more styles, gifts, and finds beyond what we currently carry in-store.

Will Online Exclusive items look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to accurately represent colors, sizing, and details in product photos. However, slight variations may occur depending on screen settings, materials, or vendor photography.

How do I know what size to order?
We provide sizing guidance on product pages whenever possible. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help you find the perfect fit.

Do your clothes run true to size?
Most items run true to size, but fit may vary by brand and style. We include fit notes in product descriptions to help you choose confidently.

How do I redeem my rewards?
Log in to your account using the “My Account” link at the top of the homepage or the rewards (gift) widget. Open the rewards panel, select “Redeem Points,” choose your reward, and confirm. Your discount code will appear and can be applied at checkout.

Where do I find my rewards and points?
You can access your rewards anytime by clicking the gift icon in the lower left corner of the website once you’re logged into your account.

How do I apply my reward at checkout?
After redeeming your points, your discount code will appear in the rewards panel. Simply click “Apply” and it will automatically be added to your order at checkout.

Why can’t I redeem my points?
You may not have enough points yet, or the items in your cart may not be eligible. Rewards cannot be used on sale, promotional, or clearance items.

Do my rewards expire?
Points will expire after six months.

What if I’m having trouble redeeming my rewards?
We’re happy to help! Please contact us and we’ll make sure you’re able to use your points.

 

Gifts & Special Items

Do you sell giftable items?
Yes! MoMere is known for unique gifts including candles, accessories, and curated lifestyle products—perfect for birthdays, holidays, and special occasions. If you want your order gift wrapped please let us know in the order notes and we will take care of it for you.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Digital and/or physical gift cards are available and make the perfect last-minute gift. Physical gifts cards sold in-store while digital gift cards are immediately emailed to you.
